A Letter From Our Founder
At HopeLab Insights, our mission is simple yet profound: to help people believe in their ability to move forward—and to give them the tools to do it. In a world where organizations are stretched thin, leaders are overwhelmed, and employees are searching for meaning and direction, hope is not a luxury. It is an essential driver of resilience, motivation, and long-term performance.
HopeLab Insights was created to bring this truth to the modern workplace. Drawing on Snyder’s Hope Theory and grounded in my ongoing doctoral research in social psychology, our work blends scientific rigor with deeply human teaching methods. We believe that people learn best when they feel connected, inspired, and part of a larger story—so we use narrative teaching, experiential learning, and evidence-based practices to create transformational experiences for teams and leaders.
Our programs are built on one central idea: hope is a cognitive process—one that can be taught, strengthened, and measured. Through our workshops, coaching programs, assessments, and organizational partnerships, we help leaders develop the mindset and skillset needed to navigate challenges, overcome obstacles, and build clear pathways toward meaningful goals. Every service we offer is designed to cultivate agency, confidence, and clarity in a world that often feels chaotic and uncertain.
As part of our long-term commitment to research and innovation, we are developing the Annual Condition of Hope Report™, a proprietary study that explores the evolving landscape of workplace hope across industries. This report will serve as the scientific backbone of our training philosophy—ensuring that our methods remain grounded not only in theory, but in current data, lived experience, and the realities of today’s workforce.
